1. About This Policy
This Refund & Shipping Policy governs all purchases made through Dharaa's AI-powered legal agreement platform, including subscription plans and per-agreement purchases. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Since Dharaa is a digital service platform (mobile application and web-based), there are no physical goods shipped. All services are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment.
2. Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)
Dharaa provides digital services only. Upon successful payment:
- Subscription plans are activated instantly within the app
- Per-agreement purchases are available for use immediately
- AI-generated agreements are delivered digitally within the app and can be exported as PDFs
- Aadhaar eSign is processed electronically through government-approved service providers
- Document vault access is available immediately upon account activation
No physical products are shipped. There are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or shipping-related concerns.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No-Refund Policy
All sales on Dharaa are final. Since Dharaa delivers digital services that are consumed immediately upon use, we do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You have already used the service (e.g., generated an agreement, initiated eSign)
- You did not use the service within the subscription period
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-party service unavailability (e.g., Aadhaar eSign downtime due to UIDAI issues) — in such cases, the service will be fulfilled once the third-party service is restored
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same service due to a payment processing error
- Incorrect charge: The wrong amount was charged due to a technical issue on our end
- Service not delivered: Payment was successful but the service was never delivered due to a confirmed technical failure on Dharaa's side (not due to third-party downtime)
All exception requests are subject to verification and are granted solely at Dharaa's discretion.
3.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@dharaa.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address or phone number
- Provide the transaction ID or payment reference number (available in your payment confirmation email or bank statement)
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
3.5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) used for the transaction
- Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
- For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your statement
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Managing your subscription through the Dharaa app
- Contacting support at support@dharaa.ai
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- You can continue to access and export agreements created during your subscription
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period
5. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices displayed on Dharaa are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers
